1. Introduction
Welcome to Coffee Shop Italy (Coffitow). By accessing our website or visiting our coffee shop, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Reservations and catering
For private events or catering, a 30% deposit is required. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may incur a 50% fee.
3. Dietary requirements
We accommodate allergies with at least 24h notice. Please inform us when ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen‑free environment.
4. Limitation of liability
Coffee Shop Italy is not liable for any indirect losses, including allergic reactions (if not notified) or lost personal items.
5. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here. Continued use of our site implies acceptance of any changes.
